Exact timing and delivery are confirmed after Homewood understands the organization, affected people and existing support structure.

A clinical manager works with the organizational contact to understand the situation, affected teams and immediate priorities.
Homewood confirms the appropriate modality, number of groups and balance of psychoeducation, discussion and stand-by support.
A trained specialist facilitates group support, with short individual sessions available immediately afterward when included in the scope.
The organization receives group-level themes and recommendations. Individuals may be connected to EFAP or other appropriate support.
